Potential changes & improvements
-For a more intense flavour, you can marinate the chicken wing tips in the spices for 1-2 hours before cooking.
-If you don’t have all-purpose flour, you can use cornstarch or rice flour.
-You can also deep fry the chicken wing tips if you prefer.
What other food it works well with
-Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice, such as BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, or honey mustard.
-Serve with a side of celery and carrot sticks and some blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
– Serve with a side of mashed potatoes or roasted potatoes.
Common Mistakes
-Not preheating the oven: This will result in the chicken wing tips not cooking evenly.
-Overcrowding the pan: This will cause the chicken wing tips to steam instead of fry.
-Not using enough oil: This will cause the chicken wing tips to stick to the pan and burn.
