Ingredients
-1 head of Romaine lettuce, washed and dried
-1/2 cup of croutons
-1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-1 tablespoon of lemon juice
-1 clove of garlic, minced
-1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
-1/4 teaspoon of salt
-1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
-2 tablespoons of chopped anchovies
Method
1. In a large bowl, combine the Romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
4. Add the anchovies and toss again.
5. Serve immediately.
