Ingredients

Method
- In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, turmeric, coriander, cumin, cloves, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken strips and stir to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers. Grill for 8-10 minutes, until cooked through.
- To make the peanut sauce, whisk together the peanut butter, coconut milk, brown sugar, lime juice, ginger, cayenne, and salt.
- Serve the chicken skewers with the peanut sauce.
