Ingredients

1 crab,

1 slice of bread,

1 dl (100 ml) of white wine,

Method

3. Chop the tomatoes.

4. Crush the garlic clove.

5. Toast the bread and cut it into pieces.

6. In a casserole, fry the vegetables in olive oil until they are softened.

7. Add the crab pieces and bread and stir.

8. Pour in the white wine and enough water to cover the ingredients.

9. Season with salt and pepper.

10. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
