Watermelon Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients:

-1 cup fresh watermelon, cubed

-1/2 lime, juiced

-1-2 mint leaves

-1 tbsp sugar

-1 cup sparkling water

Method:

1. Add watermelon, lime juice, mint leaves and sugar to a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour mixture into a glass and top up with sparkling water.

3. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!

Potential changes & improvements:

-For a more refreshing drink, add a few ice cubes to the blender when blending the watermelon mixture.

-If you want a boozy version of this mocktail, simply add a shot of white rum to the glass before adding the sparkling water.
