A refreshing mocktail version of the classic Cuban cocktail, made with lime, mint and sugar. Perfect for a summer party!
Ingredients
- 1 lime, quartered
- 2 tsp sugar
- 6-8 mint leaves
- 200ml soda water
- ice cubes
Method
- Place the lime quarters, sugar and mint leaves into a tall glass.
- Muddle (squash) everything together with the back of a spoon.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour over the soda water.
- Stir and serve.
Potential changes & improvements
For a boozy version of this mocktail, simply add your favourite rum before adding the soda water.
