Potential changes & improvements
For a more tart lemonade, add less sugar. For a sweeter drink, add more sugar or use a sugar syrup. You could also add a splash of vodka or gin.
What other food it works well with
Raspberry lemonade is a great summer drink to serve with a barbecue. Try serving it with grilled chicken or fish, or a selection of summer salads.
Common Mistakes
One common mistake is to not strain the raspberry mixture, resulting in a cloudy lemonade. Be sure to strain it through a sieve to get a clear drink.
