Chicken Shawarma

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs, paprika, cumin, sumac, garlic powder, salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley.
  2. Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill for 10-12 minutes, until cooked through.
  3. Warm the pita breads on the grill.
  4. To assemble, spread a layer of tahini sauce on each pita bread, then top with chicken, yoghurt, cucumber, tomatoes, and onions.
