Smoked Salmon Bruschetta with Dill Cream Cheese


This recipe is for a delicious and easy to make smoked salmon bruschetta with dill cream cheese. It is perfect for a light lunch or starter and can be easily adapted to suit your own taste.


-1 baguette, sliced into 1cm thick slices
-1 tub (200g) cream cheese, softened
-2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
-200g smoked salmon
-1 lemon, zested


1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.

2. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, dill, lemon zest and smoked salmon.

3. Spread the mixture onto the baguette slices and place on a baking sheet.

4. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the baguette is crispy.

5. Serve immediately.
