Ingredients
- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 ball of mozzarella, cubed
- 1 handful of fresh basil leaves
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
2. In a bowl, mix together the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cubes, basil leaves, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Transfer the salad to a baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted and bubbly.
5. Serve immediately.
