1 small seedless watermelon, cut into chunks
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
6 cups cold water

1. Combine watermelon, mint, sugar, lemon juice, and cold water in a blender; blend until smooth.
2. Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, discarding solids.
3. Serve over ice.
