Sushki

Method

4. Once the dough has doubled in size, roll it out to 1/2 inch (1 cm) thickness. Cut the dough into 2-inch (5 cm) circles.

5. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry the sushki for 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
