Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) package fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
Method
- In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, water, orange juice and zest.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened.
- Remove from the heat and let cool.
- Store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
