Ingredients
– 500g macaroni
– 50g butter

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas 5.
2. Cook the macaroni in a large pan of boiling water according to the packet instructions.

4. Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
