Ingredients
- 500g carrots, peeled and cut into even-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the carrots with honey, olive oil and salt.
- Spread the carrots out on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring a few times during cooking, until they are tender and lightly browned.
- Serve immediately.
