Strawberry Cheesecake

-1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
-1/4 cup sugar

-1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, flour, and vanilla, and beat until well blended. Add eggs and mix just until combined. Pour mixture into prepared crust.

4. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Arrange strawberries on top of cheesecake. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
